Kane Solutions has received recognition as a Fund Administrator in terms of Article 9A of the Investment Services Act Cap 370 of the Laws of Malta. This recognition means that the firm’s fund administration team, led by Matthew Charleson, is permitted to carry out a range of core and ancillary services from Malta on behalf of fund management clients. These services range from pricing the investment portfolio and fund accounting, through to payment of bills and compliance reporting.
