Payments Associate

Job Description

The Payments Associate works closely with the Payments Manager, Client Relationship managers, and other Payments team members to set up payments for clients based in different jurisdictions. The Payments Associate will provide high quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction within the parameters of the specified Service Level Agreements.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure scheduled payments are processed on time.
  • Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Perform day to day financial transactions as required.
  • Liaise with the Payments Team and Operations as needed.
  • Any other responsibilities as required.

Personal Qualities

  • Strong team-work skills.
  • Flexible - willing to work on shifts and Public Holidays.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Attentive to detail.
  • Confident in computer skills and able to quickly learn new software/systems.

Qualifications

  • Have at least one year experience in a similar field and preferably in a similar role.
  • Fluency in English mandatory (verbal and written).
  • A-Level Standard, Relevant Qualifications would be an asset.
