Customer Service Operations

Job Description

Forming part of a global team and reporting to the Operations Managers in each respective country, this position focuses on daily processing of documentation from various external clients, advisors and vendors, providing high quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction within the parameters of the specified Service Level Agreements.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the process or documentation is compliant with applicable rules, policies, or other requirements.
  • Verify that all information received is in good order by performing required quality control checks.
  • Be responsible for filling and data inputting as required by external customers.
  • Prepare reports as required.
  • Assist co-workers during peak volumes and on special projects.
  • Complete any other responsibilities, as assigned.

Personal Qualities

  • Strong team-work skills.
  • Flexible - willing to work public holidays and shifts (not nights)
  • Attentive to detail.
  • Confident in computer skills and able to quickly learn new software/systems.
  • Able to work independently.


  • Experience, preferably in a similar role will be considered an asset.
  • Fluency in English mandatory (verbal and written).
